The filtration and water revitalization properties are identical for both cartridges. The EM ceramic is incorporated into the filter cartridge as a powder during manufacturing, creating a very large contact surface with the water. Combined with the proven filtration performance of Carbonit NFP Premium filter technology, this results in ideal water filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eUsage: The filter cartridge must be changed after six months. Generally, up to 10,000 liters of water can be filtered within this period. However, an earlier change may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. This usually indicates an increased presence of fine particles in the unfiltered water. The water flow rate is approximately 2 liters\/minute when new. Use only with cold water; protect from freezing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e Filter replacement: Close the water supply valve, unscrew the old filter cartridge clockwise and pull it downwards. Insert the new filter cartridge from below and screw it in counterclockwise until it stops.
